Kitty's Dream of 6/23/2010

Lene and I were attending a new Star Trek movie with the original cast. They'd screwed up canon so badly that it appeared Kirk was never captain of the Enterprise. They were all prisoners of the Klingons and whatever they'd done to Kirk made him act really sloppy-drunk. Finally Spock picked him up and carried him off. Kirk kissed him on the cheek and said, "I love you."

Then the movie changed into a musical with none of the Trek people. It went on and on and we realized that Kirk & Co. were only in those first few minutes. The musical got rather explicit and I said, "This is soft-core porn!" So we left.

When I told Lene about this at lunch today, she pointed out that the K/S moment was a lot like a Budweiser commercial.

Kitty's Dream of 6/6/10

"Look At His Butt" had become a TV show on some minor station, probably local cable. In addition to Lene and me, there were 3 other people on it - one was Francine, one was someone I don't like and I can't remember the 5th. We sat in a row of chairs and each of us went to an area downstage and did a short shtick. Our producer was William Shatner! And for her shtick, Lene got to dance with him! I didn't get to because I'm such a lousy dance partner. We were only on for 5 days. On the 4th day, one of the crew told us NBC wanted to pick up the show! We were so excited! Except Lene. She didn't want to do it. She was very sad and tired. Because it was a dream, I didn't think to check if she had a beard but I know this was Lene from some strange alt-universe. My Lene would never turn down a chance like that!

Kitty's Dream of April 22, 2010

Young William Shatner and I were both working at the Stratford Festival, he as an actor and me as a hanger-on. Because of money problems, he was going to have to go back to Montreal at the end of the season and get a real job. We were both very sad so we made love on the subway. :-)

Lene's Dream of April 8

Had a dream last night about an art event in NYC called "James T.
Kirk: The Blond Years". Gertrude Stein was there. Seemed appropriate.

Jen's Dream of April 7

Jen aka Captain Toy sends this along:

It's been a long time since my last one and have to say this one was a tease. Damm those script writers, why couldn't they do more?

So here it is:

This was in the middle of an unrelated dream I was having. I was some young lady in a bookstore looking at a display of Bill's books. When from behind me, Bill shows up. He begins to charm the pants off of me. He offers an autograph (This was not a book signing). Then he gets to talking. I was totally surprised and bowled over by his appearance. However, nothing ever happens. He never takes me to his apartment, never kisses me, nothing. Who wrote this dream?

Why is it, whenever I have dreams of Bill, I never get to see him fuck? Aren't we allowed a little skin? Damn my brain!

Kitty's Dream of January 7, 2010

Kirk and Bill were the same person (just like in real life) and they/he were/was leaving on the 5-year mission so they/he were/was running around saying goodbye to all their/his mistresses.

Luckily, I was going along on the mission. Can't remember what happened after that.

JK's Dream of November 2, 2010

I was watching a "new" Star Trek episode, looked like ST III-IV timeframe. Kirk had been married several times and had just married comic book Carol Marcus. He said something about her now being married "to a Kirk steed" (meaning himself). I thought, "Kirk doesn't say things like that." Then they were cuddling on a bed (under the covers, unfortunately) and when she got on top, he said, "Thank you." I repeat--KIRK DOESN'T SAY THINGS LIKE THAT!

Whoever wrote this dream should be fired.
